How do I administer multiple agencies?


I am the administrator for multiple agencies.  How do I select the agency I need to administer?  I don't see all the employees on my agency roster.


Look at the top left of the page to see all the agencies you are able to administer.  Click the drop down below and select the agency you wish to administer.  It is possible that some of your employees fall under multiple agencies.  You will need to select the appropriate agency in order to view employee transcripts or register employees for training.  If you don't see you agency in the list, you will need to add yourself as an administrator of the agency.
